The Beatles on Abbey Road History The Beatles on Abbey Road opened officially on January 1, 1997. Our 1000th visitor arrived on January 20. Our 5000th visitor arrived on June 2, our 10,000th visitor arrived on September 22, our 15,000th visitor arrived on November 12, our 20,000th visitor arrived on December 16, 1997, and our 50,000th visitor arrived on April 29, 1998. We reached the 100,000th mark on October 17, 1998, and our 200,000th visitor arrived on April 25, 1999. From there, it seemed like nothing was impossible.
